SHED Barber & Supply Cancellation Policy

Please note that we can only accept cancellations via phone. Yes, voicemails count! You can also cancel your appointment online by clicking the “Manage Appointment” button at the bottom of your confirmation email. We cannot make any changes to appointments via email, text, or social media.

Cancellation Policy:
We understand that plans change and things come up that might cause you to miss your appointment. In order to serve all of our clients as best we can we only require 3 hours notice to cancel or reschedule appointments so that we have ample time to book another client in that spot. Changes made less than 3 hours before an appointment are subject to a fee of 50% of the total services booked. Cancellations and reschedules made within the hour leading up to your appointment, as well as a missed appointment, will be charged the full amount for the appointment.

You will never be charged for cancelling or rescheduling more than 3 hours in advance of your original appointment at our Bouldin location.

Late Arrival Policy:
We optimize our books for each barber in order to accommodate as many clients as possible. For that reason it is imperative to arrive on time for appointments. We are unable to complete any service if a client arrives more than 10 minutes late ( or 5 minutes for 30 minute services) to an appointment. For late arrivals we are happy to find another time that works. Please note that late arrivals are subject to charges of up to 100% of the total services booked.

Why am I being charged if I’m not actually getting the service?

That’s a great question. Simply put, your barber gets paid per service, not per hour. When you book an appointment, you are paying your barber for their service and their time. While we understand that life happens, if you had to cancel on short notice and we didn’t charge a cancellation fee then your barber would be taking a 100% loss for a time slot we had reserved solely for you. We hope you understand.

Hyde Park is our pirate location. (The crew runs the ship) Each barber at this shop works independently; From booking appointments, setting their own prices and enforcing their own cancellation and late policies. The best way to adjust your appointments at our Hyde Park location is to either find the “Manage Appointment” button in your confirmation email or reach out to your barber as soon as you know you need to reschedule.
